Very simple and really hit the spot. Used it to go with a chunk of leftover roast chicken, so didn’t do any of the breading. I did use a last of season tomato, and it came together well. Thank you!

It looked delicious, so thought we’d give it a go. A bit complicated for a school night –my bad. I didn’t have romano, used a good gouda, instead. Made it a tomato cream sauce & added spinach at the end as well. And like another person, tossed in some steamed broccoli. The fresh lemon juice was perfect at the end!

I made this for my family with some leftover chicken we had. It was delicious! All my picky kids liked it and had seconds. I agree that a squeeze of lemon really elevated it. Easy and delicious – will be making it again.
