Thanks so much for your speedy reply! But I’m making 15 gallons!! Trying to plan ingredients/time, lol! It was very helpful to get your response so quickly and now I know which direction I’m heading.

In reply to Talitha. Hey Talitha! That's so great that you want to make this for a wedding! So according to my measurements, this soup makes around 13.5 cups, and there are 16 cups in a gallon. (So we're 84% there!)

Hey friends, I’m trying to scale this for — well, a wedding, actually! Does anyone have a rough idea of how many gallons this makes?

I know it has to be more than half a gallon, but I’m not sure if it’s 1 gallon or more

Best Italian wedding soup ever! Followed the recipe exactly, except I made 1 cup of pasta because my family likes it so much. For my leftovers, I stored the pasta separately – thanks for that tip!

Best Italian wedding soup I ever had. Your meatballs were even tasty (not bland). I used ground turkey and had to make extra for my family and friends! Delicious🤗
