Loved this. I used 4 peaches because they were more medium to small in size. It was perfect. The Burrata cheese is yummy with the peaches and candied pecans. The sauce is delicious and blends everything together so well. I served it over basmati rice. I used an Italian Pinot Gringo wine, that I also drank with the dinner. Thanks for a one pan dinner that is delicious.

I made this meal this week and I really loved it. It was out of my comfort zone to make a meal like this with these ingredients. The flavor was incredible, the chicken, the almonds, the peaches, the cheese… wow, wow, wow! I didn’t know I would love it like I did. It goes together so well and just created an incredible meal.

A rare delight, something new and novel, and for me an introduction to Burrata Cheese which I’ve not tasted until now. The cheese is mild and its texture adds something exotic to the dish, a creaminess that works well with the sauce and the peaches. The process of making the dish is vintage Cozy Cook, which I find familiar now and exceedingly helpful. The flavor of the sauce, dominated by the balsamic vinegar is tart, an excellent counter to the sweetness of the peaches. What a pleasure to have this dish to trot out in peach season from now on. This is an excellent company dish, easy to assemble, and exploding with flavor. Congratulations, Stephanie, on this new and thrilling creation!

I made this recipe tonight for my family. I’m always a sucker for sweet and savory. I have never added fruit to my chicken dishes before and boy was I missing out! The flavors in this recipe compliment each other perfectly! The creamy cheese with the savory sauce and sweet fruit is just exquisite. And you are right about those honey roasted almonds….we couldn’t get enough! I’m already planning when I can make it again. Cleaned plates for the whole family. Thank you!
