I brought this salad yesterday to a barbecue party with friends. I used cherry tomatoes instead of sun dried tomatoes. Everyone raved about it, I will definitely be making this again soon.

This is a delicious pasta salad! My family loved it. My in-laws were over and I wanted a filling meal to impress and this was perfect to go with our BBQ. You can’t compare this homemade dressing to anything in the store. My Mother-in-law wants the recipe for both the salad AND the dressing so I directed her to your website. We will be eating this often because my kids LOVE tortellini! Thank you so much for making easy meals I can manage with my busy schedule!
