This is def my new ham soup recipe! It was also a hit with my husband who commented that is was “phenomenal”. Thank you sooooo much for sharing! I made as is except for the container of broth was 32oz which was fine and just provided a little less broth.

My husband loves ham so I made this last night in the crock pot and we all enjoyed it very much. I forgot to add the spinach to it though. I did reserve some of the pintos and used my immersion blender to smash those up, just to thicken the soup up a little bit. Will definitely make this again.

My kid, who is a picky eater didn’t ask for seconds but he asked me for more soup four times! I can’t believe it. This soup is amazing. You need to try it! I’ll save it to my favorites for sure.
