I’m not a huge soup fan but when I recently had a cold, this one hit the spot. Very tasty broth and just an overall very good soup recipe.

I love soup, and this is one of my favorites. Next time, instead of adding hot sauce try adding a can of diced tomatoes and chilies. Gives it a little kick as well!

I made this soup today for the millionth time. It never disappoints. It’s so tasty and so filling. I always just use rotisserie chicken and it’s still amazing. It feels guilt-free, which is nice nowadays. I don’t even need the recipe anymore. It’s burned in my brain. Thanks, Stephanie! ☺️

OK, I just googled chicken veggie soup recipes and found your site. I did not want tomato in the soup so yours stood out. This recipe was outstanding, and I am THAT guy that cooks hard core and likes to make great food for my family. People ASK me for recipes.
THIS recipe is the best. I doubled it, made almost 2 gallons. We ate it all in 8 days! Irresistible! The sauteing of the chicken rocked. Thank you for exploring and sharing with us Stephanie!
