Hi Gretchen! I’ve used double stuff many times (I think every time actually), and I don’t halve the amount of cream cheese. You can always start by using less and add more if preferred but I think you’re good to go as-is!

Thank you so much!!! I have the double stuff Oreo’s I’ve read that you’re only supposed to use 1/2 a block of cream cheese. Is that correct? I’ve made them twice now, & can’t remember?
