Hi Stephanie! I’ll give you some rough measurements but the amount of these aromatics is very flexible. I’d say 1-2 sticks of celery, 1 small yellow onion thickly slices, 3 smashed garlic cloves, 1 branch fresh rosemary, and 2 sprigs of fresh thyme would all be great! The bouillon isn’t necessary but it adds a really nice depth of flavor for the roast and gravy. Enjoy!! πŸ™‚
