Yummy! Made it with cream of mushroom soup and the optional seasonings. The best chicken and rice casserole recipe I have found. Definitely saving to make again.

I used rotisserie chicken breast meat, sharp cheddar & the optional spices. Cooked exactly as directed & it was delicious! Thank you!

Love it … I*ve made it more than once – but I used 3 cups each of chicken and broccoli. Added extra chicken broth to cover the extra ingredients.
