Another hit! Loved this recipe – I loaded up on the broccoli and didnt have any hot sauce in the house but added some buffalo sauce as a sub and it was delicious. Already cant wait to make again.

Sure can! If it ends up thicker than you’d like, you can add a little bit of chicken broth to thin it out. (Or add a Tbsp. or so of water to the heavy cream so that it more closely resembles the consistency of milk!)

I sautéed diced onions in the bacon grease and added a teaspoon of ranch powder to the sauce and topped with green onions. THIS IS A KEEPER!!! Really good. Thank you for sharing. It makes me look like a good cook!

Hi Makenzie! I am so sorry about the confusion and thank you for taking the time to mention these areas of confusion, I have corrected it! There is actually no minced garlic in the recipe, just garlic powder. And the Parmesan cheese should be finely shredded for the chicken and for the sauce! Thank you again, excited for you to make it again with mashed potatoes!! (That gets my vote anyway, hahah!)

It was yummy!! I did get a little confused with a couple things. The ingredients say to shred the parmesan for the chicken, but the directions say grated. After making it, I’m guessing the parm for the chicken is supposed to be grated and the parm for the cheese sauce shredded. Also, the directions talk about garlic but I didn’t see that listed in the ingredients. I just winged it and did half a teaspoon of minced garlic from a jar (since I’m too lazy for fresh garlic). I will make this again and serve with mashed potatoes or rice next time since I still can’t get my husband to like baked potatoes. But I tried, haha.
