I jumped straight to the recipe and totally overlooked the part about the breadcrumbs. I will used them next time for sure. Thankfully it didn’t affect the flavor. It’s a great recipe!

Hi!! I’m so glad that you enjoyed the recipe! Did you perhaps not see the ingredient for breadcrumbs? It calls for 1/2 cup of them! That’ll help your issue with keeping them together! 🙂

This recipe is good and super easy. I love the flavor of the seasonings. It goes deliciously with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus. The only issue with my batch was the meat was slowly coming apart. Next time I may used a little bread crumbs to keep the patties in tact. It’s definitely a keeper tho. I’ve already saved it for future use!
