You can, but it’s more likely to cause scratches, so be sure to place it down gently, and to lift it when you need to move it as opposed to sliding it πŸ™‚

This was so good! The steaks were tender and moist the the gravy is just out of this world! I love how your gravies/sauces are always so well seasoned! Such a difference over plain gravy! Thanks so much for the great recipe!
