Yes and Yes! I would cook the pasta on the side before adding it, and they’ll still absorb some liquid when added to the chili, so adding a little more broth would be a great way to go, maybe 1/3 – 1/2 cup!

Really tasty and easy to make. I doubled all the spice/seasoning portions as I like a bold flavor. I also used ground turkey instead of beef (because it was in my freezer) and it tasted yummy. This is a keeper.

I made this recipe about 4 months ago and I have had a hard time finding this again. Amen here it is, it is one of the best Chili recipes I have ever had, and easy to do.
