Another winner !!! Broke the rules and made Veal Marsala (cooking 2-3 minutes on each side) rather than chicken and the taste is out of this world. Used 1 TBSP of Olive Oil to fry the veal and did add 1/8 TSP of Kitchen Bouquet which made a big difference in the color. Served with buttered fettuccine and it was just marvelous.

This is HANDS DOWN the best dish I have EVER made from any website or cookbook. It is so full of flavor and is absolutely delicious. This is a show stopper dinner if you’re looking to impress guests!! Make this one for sure.
