Hi Bridget! To incorporate the crock pot I would probably still sear the chicken (to get that golden crust on the chicken and to add fond to the skillet to deglaze for the gravy). Then you can prepare the gravy as you said, transfer everything to the crock pot, and cook on low for 4-5 hours or so. I haven’t tested it, it’s an educated guess! 🙂

I made this dish earlier this week, and honestly…it was awesome! It was super easy, perfect amount of seasoning, perfect amount of each ingredient, etc… I have two sons, and when I went back for seconds, they had already devoured it! The gravy over freshly cooked mashed potatoes is a STAR on it’s own!
