I just made these tonight, they were delicious!  I didn’t add thyme (hate it!) and used very little rosemary because a few of my family don’t like it, but the flavor was amazing anyway, and the pork chops were so tender!  Thanks for a great recipe!

Looks and smells wonderful. I would have tenderized the chops, but in my move I lost my tenderizer hammer. Disappeared some where. I love to cook pork chops. I used rather thick chops, so I’m simmering for a little while so they cook through and tenderize. Next time I’m going to crock pot the works. I started too late today. I’ll let you know how many stars I get for this.

OK. I made this tonight and it turned out FANTASTIC!!! I made only one little change in that I left out the half and half and just made brown gravy. This is now my most favorite way to cook porkchops.

Woot! Wooooot!!! Soooo sooo yummah ! This is a super keeper !!! I didn’t do the breading of chops n still great, I put in SCooker with onion soup, n so yummah!boys craving for more! The gravy is unique taste ,,, TY for sharing! Job well done ! 😇😍😘
