This was fabulous. Added an 8 oz block of cream cheese and a dash of Tony’s creole seasoning. Best potato soup I’ve ever had.

In reply to Sarah. Hi Sarah! I don't have experience with canning but I'm pretty sure canning dairy is a no-no. But you can definitely freeze it! :) I love freezing this soup!! I don't blame you for thinking of this recipe all night, you sound like me!

My sons girlfriend made this and it was delicious. She put bacon in it. I just made it without bacon because my daughter has a red meat allergy. It was good either way! I will definitely make again!
