This is the best potato soup I have ever made. The broth is amazing without the added cheese. I added it anyways, because I love it. I followed the recipe but used vegan sausage. It is amazing.

Was very good but I added fresh spinach and bacon  pieces as a garnish. Added the cheese for sure.   Delicious!   Will make again

Didn’t have soy used worcestershire and added the cheese and crumbled bacon. Very good, well definitely make again.

Just tried this soup tonight and the family loved it. It’s definitely staying on the list of dishes for the fall/winter seasons. It was hearty and flavorful. And it doesn’t take a great deal of time or effort to make. I highly recommend it.
