Hi Alicia! I am so happy that you are enjoying the recipes! Cream based sauces typically don’t reheat completely back to their original consistency, a double boiler helps bring it back nicely, but I know that doesn’t work as well for meal prep! 🙂 I personally enjoy microwaved leftovers, but just note that the sauce won’t be exactly the same when reheated. Decided to make this on a camping trip since the prep is SO easy. Made it in a Dutch oven in a camp fire so it was definitely smokier than usual, but fantastic! Everyone was impressed!
