I agree, this would go so well with quiche, wow!!! :) I haven't tried making these ahead of time before so I'm not sure how well they hold up, I might suggest a trial run to test it out just in case. If they hold up well, then I do think the air fryer would be a good way to reheat them, as long as the outside doesn't get too crisp before the inside has a chance to warm up! :) (A warm oven *might* be a safer bet, but it depends.) My air fryer runs really hot.

Have you ever made this recipe using (frozen but cooked – maple flavor) sausage links ? Theyre smaller than raw sausages so maybe use 2 or just make the roll ups smaller ? Your recipe has inspired me to at least experiment with them ! Thanks !
