Just come back from a holiday in Greece & 1 restaurant served this with slices of bread. Loved it so much we decided to see if we could make something similar. Yours is the same as on holiday. Love it. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Francesca, I would imagine that this would need to be doctored up a bit to be used as a pasta sauce and I have yet to attempt to use it for that purpose, so unfortunately I can’t provide any specifics on that! I do think it would be tasty though! 🙂
