I took Brian’s advice and added the beef boullion then put it in my food processer to make it super creamy. Substituted Greek Yogurt for the sour cream to make it more guilt free. Perfect Summer Dip!

Delicious! The carmelized onions are worth the wait and the soy sauce adds the right amount of saltiness and flavor.

Hey Brian! I am a REALLY big fan of Better Than Bouillon and definitely find that it amps up the flavor in a lot of different dishes. There’s no doubt, it would be delicious in this! Good tip!
