This was delicious! I omitted the olives, I just can’t seem to acquire a taste for them. I was worried it would affect the outcome but it didn’t. This will definitely be a staple recipe in my house form now on. Thank you so much for the recipe.

I made this exactly as written and we all loved it!! What a delicious and refreshing combination of flavors and textures. I used bottled Ken’s Simply Vinaigrette Greek dressing which I would recommend if you want to save some prep time. This is definitely a keeper and I’ll be making it again soon, thank you!

I made this and it was delicious! I am a fan of wines from Piedmont, and was able to find Barolo red wine vinegar to use in the dressing. Highly recommend this if you can find it. Outstanding recipe, thanks!
