I have to say I had my doubts when I first started making this recipe. The dough was so sticky, I wasn’t sure how it would turn out, but after working the dough and letting it rise, it was easier to handle. I learned to use extra flour and make sure to have a scraper at hand. I have to say these are the best rolls I’ve ever made! They truly are light as a cloud and so wonderful! I like that they aren’t overly sweet! I’m made a cinnamon butter to go with them. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!

Great rolls! I made the recipe exactly as written; at 14 minutes the rolls looked good but were not brown. I pulled a “test” roll and the taste and texture was spot on, so I brushed them with butter and put them back in the oven for a few minutes. They browned quickly but were overdone and not as good as the “test” roll. Next time I may pull them at around 10 minutes and brush them with butter to brown, the brush them again when they’re done. Great recipe, thanks for sharing!
