Thank you. It’s  I made the soup using coconut cream instead of heavy cream.  It did turn out a bit thin but, oh the flavor was wonderful!  Great recipe!

Hi Kassidy! I’m so happy to hear that you loved the soup!! Chicken thighs would be super flavorful in this soup! I’d say the only way it may be greasy is if you include the skin, but other than that you, you’ll be good to go!

Just made this soup and it was delicious! A very elevated chicken noodle, love the additions of hot sauce and lemon, really makes the broth more flavorful. I do wonder if you could replace the chicken breasts with thighs? Would the soup be too greasy or would it be okay?

This is probably the best soup I have ever made! The broth has so much flavor. I love the idea of cooking the pasta separately (why didn’t I ever think to do that?)  I will use that tip in other recipes!
