Made this for dinner tonight (Sept 28/23). It was AMAZING. I shot a couple of shakes of Worcestershire Sauce in with the topping. Yum!

Delicious. We made ours using meatloaf mix , doubled the onion, and left out the green pepper. It was delicious with a nice texture. We will definitely make this again.

Hi Cynthia! I actually have a section in the blog post (with too much info to paste here), the header says “Loaf Pan or No Loaf Pan for Meatloaf?” – My recommendation is to use a loaf pan to ensure that it doesn’t fall apart. But I’d check out that section to read all I have to say on it! 🙂
