This is my go to recipe for pizza crust. Your tips and directions result in a light airy dough that is better than any pre-made crust. We doubled the recipe and made two large pizzas that everyone loved. This summer we are going to try grilling them.

We tried this tonight and the kids helped putting on all the toppings. It was soooo much better than the dough I usually make them. They all asked when I could make this again (even my husband)! Next time I might try putting a little cheese in the edge of the crust for extra fun!!! You are right…this crust can handle some serious toppings! It’s also just very tasty. I think we found our new pizza dough that’s for sure. Five stars for you…thank you!
