Hi Cindy! You can add cooked chicken to this, yes! If you’re looking to transform it into a soup, you’ll want to add liquid (broth and/or milk).

Since this is condensed soup, I wouldn’t use it interchangeably for gravy because it doesn’t taste the same, but I do have a chicken gravy recipe that you can check out- no drippings required! 🙂

This is absolutely delicious! I made it to use in a chicken casserole since I hate using canned soup. The only change I made was using unsweetened almond milk because that’s all I had on hand. One more thing…I would skip adding salt next time as the stick cube had plenty. Thank you for this easy, quick recipe!
