Can you please tell me on what temperature and how long you baked the chicken?

Hi Jeanine, that would depend on a few factors, (what cut of chicken, the size of the chicken, and how much chicken you have for example), this is meant to just be a marinade recipe, not a baked chicken recipe. Sorry I couldn’t be of further assistance!

Fantastic marinade. I lessened the amount as I only had about 1.3 pounds of chicken; I also did not have red wine vinegar, so I did a combination of white wine vinegar and balsamic vinegar. Marinated my chicken for about 5 hours and then grilled it. My fiance and I loved it!

Hi Ellenore, this is just a recipe for the marinade, I don’t have baking instructions in addition but you’d can cook the chicken any way you like after marinating!
