This recipe is super easy!! I made this a day before Thanksgiving and I have to say, this is a recipe that I can do during the week for dinner. I chose to do ALL ingredients and it was worth it! My pickiest eater (16 year old daughter) ate these carrots! She thought they were sweet potatoes but hey, she ate them!! And said they were good! HAHA Mom Win!!

I Just made these roasted carrots. Served them with baked ham, roasted asparagus and scalloped potatoes. We all enjoyed them even my fur babies loved them. This is a keeper. Thank you for sharing.
