- 9 oz. oyster crackers or 100 crackers
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/8 teaspoon smoked paprika
Preheat oven to 250° F.
In a small bowl, combine oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, parsley, dill, and paprika. Transfer it to a gallon freezer bag and add the crackers. Seal, and gently toss to coat.
Distribute in an even layer on a ½ sheet pan. Bake at 250 for 15 minutes. Remove and gently toss to coat. Bake for 10 more minutes. Let cool (at least slightly) prior to serving.
Pro Tips
- Ranch Seasoning: I purchase mine in bulk.
- Olive Oil can be used instead of vegetable oil in this recipe if preferred.
- If you aren't a fan of dill, you can omit it altogether.
- A pinch of cayenne can be added if you like a hint of heat!
